5.2 Patient Consent

Healthcare providers are responsible for obtaining appropriate patient consent before storing, processing, or sharing patient information through ClinicEZ.

5.3 User-Generated Content

You retain all rights to any content you upload, submit, or transmit through the Service. By uploading content, you grant ClinicEZ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5.4 Data Security
